Payment:

Payment may be made with Visa Or MasterCard, cash, approved checks, or wire transfer, up to amounts of $3,000. Amounts over $3 grand must be paid in approved funds, cash, certified funds, or wire transfer previous to equipment leaving the ownership of Fitness Rush.

Shipping Damage:

Fitness Rush is not responsible for any damage incurred during shipping of your order. If any freight damage occurs, the recipient is responsible for noting all freight damage on the Bill of Landing with the carrier at the time of delivery. Fitness Rush is not responsible for the outcome of any possible freight damage claims.

Storage of Purchased Fitness Equipment:

Fitness Rush Inc is not responsible for storage of purchased fitness equipment by any customer or company when purchased from Fitness Rush Inc. Customer is solely responsible for insuring fitness equipment is removed from Fitness Rush Inc warehouse or store within 5 working days. No exceptions written or implied will be effective under any circumstances. After 7 working days a monthly storage fee of ten percent of item or items purchase price will be effective. Any item left longer than 90 days will become sole property of Fitness Rush Inc without exception and absolutely without any refund due. Due to liability Fitness Rush Inc is not responsible for any purchased equipment by customers under any circumstances. Under no circumstances or exceptions written, spoken, or implied will Fitness Rush Inc or any employee of Fitness Rush Inc be responsible for any customers equipment which has been purchased. Any customer purchasing from Fitness Rush Inc at time of purchase acknowledges this strict policy and under no circumstances will any exceptions be made.

Purchase Orders:

Purchase Orders will be accepted from any municipality to start an order only. We must receive your funds and your funds must clear before shipment.

Warranties:

Standard Warranties: If we deliver our refurbished items to your door, we give a 90-day parts warranty. Should a problem arise within the warranty period, we will replace or repair all damaged parts. Damaged parts must be returned to Fitness Rush at the customer's cost. Outside the warranty, the customer will be responsible for all service costs. As is items are not covered by our warranty. Warranty is void unless we deliver.

Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is our daily objective. Only under special circumstances and prior WRITTEN approval will any type of refund be given. These refunds will not be for the full amount.

Shipping Information For Out Of State Shipping:

The majority of orders ship in 2 to 5 business days and are delivered in less than 1-2 weeks. Orders may be delayed by increased holiday business, out-of-stock items, or unforeseen difficulties. Items do not ship on weekends. Items that cannot be shipped by UPS or Fed Ex are delivered curbside. You will be contacted 24-48 hours before delivery so you can schedule a convenient drop-off time. Standard delivery of items that don’t ship UPS or Fed Ex are curbside; you will need to be prepared to unload the package when it arrives.

Additional charges may apply to some deliveries, even if free delivery or Shipping Included in the Contiguous United States is stated due to unusual road/driveway circumstances that restrict &/or obstruct delivery.

Your freight quote includes inside delivery if it is with North American Van Lines.
*Shipping is done by North American Van Lines, or equal quality carrier.
*Your facility must be accessible to a 70ft truck. For an additional fee a smaller truck may be able to deliver your product.
*If the carrier you select is not North American Van Lines, you must have doors and hallways wide enough for drivers to get your equipment through without disassembly.
