In addition to the more standard cardio exercise equipment, Fitness Rush carries other types of cardio machines that many people look for in order to get a complete aerobic workout. One type of machine we have is a rower. Rowers offer a full-body workout from a seated position. Rowers are good for people wanting a cardio exercise that works out arms as equally as legs. In addition to the cardio benefits of a rower, the user also gets a great strength and toning workout. Different resistance settings cause the workout to range from mostly cardio to mostly strength.
Fitness Rush also carries aerobic steps that can be used in aerobics classes or with recorded aerobics tapes. Though typically used in structured aerobics routines specifically for steps, they can be used independently for squats, lunges and calf raises.
