Weight benches are an integral part of any weight lifting program. Fitness Rush carries every kind of bench available; flat, inclined and declined. We carry both stationary benches and those that can be adjusted to several positions. When used in conjunction with dumbbells or barbells, benches in various positions offer a wide range of upper body workouts.

The BodyCraft benches can be used either alone or with Smith machines, and are available in adjustable models and in many stationary positions.
