Strength Circuits

Circuit training is an intense form of weight training. This method involves doing a lot of reps very quickly of one exercise and immediately moving to another exercise. There are two ways of doing a round of circuit training. The first involves doing three sets of the same exercise with thirty seconds of rest in between, then moving to the next station. The second way is to do one set of one exercise and then move immediately to the next. This way is quicker, but the first better encourages muscle burn-out, which is the way you build muscle. Either way you choose, Fitness Rush has put together the perfect package for circuit training.
