Engage your core with the vertical knee raise chair doing bent knee raises, and or straight leg raises single leg or both legs. Turn up your core exercise and activate your torso even more by going to the reverse side of the machine, grabbing the chin up bar and truly hanging full stretch then perform bent knee twists, bent knee raise single or both legs. Start with as many as you can complete from a total hang then pull yourself up until your chin clears over the bar then return to start.
