Ball should be inflated to size not pressure. To get a more accurate inflation of the ball it is best to have a measuring tape or yard stick handy. Recommended measurements for the best ball performance are:
45cm (BSTSB45) – inflate to 16.5 inches
55cm (BSTSB55) – inflate to 21 inches
65cm (BSTSB65) - inflate to 25 inches
75cm (BSTSB75) - inflate to 32.5 inches
