Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine

Body Solid Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine is $1149 with free shipping when you shop www.fitnessrush.com
Though this machine may look intimidating it is really quite amazing. For the exerciser looking for great back, shoulder, and arm results, the Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine is an essential step to performing body weight exercises. It assist you with a Chin Up or Dip by subtracting or counter balancing your body weight. This way people who cannot do these exercises with their own body weight now have a way to learn to do so. You can now stack up your personal best with Body Solids stand alone Fusion Chin Dip Machine.
With its weight assisted knee pad mechanism, the Fusion Chin Dip provides the same benefits of Chin Dip exercises to everyone, regardless of their current fitness level or weight. Plus, its 210 lb. weight stack enables you to counterbalance your body weight.
When we workout on the Chin Dip Machine our first exercises are Assisted Chin Ups since they seem to be more challenging and work more large muscle groups than Dips. After we have set our counterbalance weight we begin with a wide overhand grip to work our lats all the way seemingly down to our hip bones. This is a great stretch and one you should allow your body to hang at the bottom of the movement a brief moment before pulling yourself slowly back up and pull up until your chin goes above the bar. So many times I see people not stretch to the bottom of the movement which means they are short changing themselves the true benefits of the exercise which along with strength is flexibility. I know to go to the bottom of the movement is challenging but if your going to perform the exercise, why not perform it properly and with full range of motion. When you do the movement with full range of motion your results will come quicker and your strength will increase as your body intended. When you begin to pull yourself up be sure to bring your chin above the bar, which is why the movement is called a Chin Up. You will see others pull themselves half way up almost to where their chin will be above bar then stop short. The reason people don't allow themselves to go all the way to the bottom of the movement and all the way to the top is because the Chin Up even when assisted is challenging. We so often short change our bodies by not allowing them to flow slowly and stretch out which is another reason for so many back and core problems we have, not to mention almost every other muscle group as we age. I am in my mid 50s and train smart so when I perform the Chin Up and Dip, my range of motion is full down and when I pull myself up I go as far above the bar as my chin will go, and at least chin above the bar no matter what. I don't even count the rep if my chin doesn't go above the bar, nor do I count my partners rep if they don't complete the movement. The Weight Assisted Chin Dip is a wonderful machine for helping us perform the Chin Up movement correctly. Our bodies and muscles have terrific memory and when we train our muscles and bodies to perform the movement in full range of motion, we feel comfortable always doing the exercise correct. Once you begin working out on the Assisted Chin Dip Machine you will notice after a few weeks or less that you are performing the Chin Up easier. When this occurs, keep up the good work and increase your repetitions or sets. When you are performing 3 or 4 sets of 12 to 15 reps then decrease the counterbalance weight. Once you decrease the counterbalance weight you will have to decrease the reps but that is ok, always keep good form. Remember its not the reps that count but how many you can do correct with full range of motion.
For our back routine here at www.fitnessrush.com we do 3 sets of 12 to 15 reps with the wide overhand grip then we use the narrow grip with our palms facing each other to increase back flexibility. The Body Solid Fusion Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine has several options for hand positions in order to increase back flexibility and strength. I always chose the hand position I have the most challenge with first so as I get fatigued I am saving the less challenging exercises for later when my strength is less. The Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine by Body Solid has the narrow grip handles which I am strong with attached to the Wide Grip Chin Up Bar. When I perform this movement I again insure I allow my body a full stretch at the bottom of the movement and for a brief moment I hang so I know I'm at the bottom, then I slowly pull myself to the top of the movement. I enjoy working my back muscles so I excel at this movement and don't consider my rep complete until I not only bring my chin above the bar and I also touch my shoulders to the handles to insure I am bringing my body through full range of my strength level. By doing this full range I incorporate my shoulders and probably even a bit of biceps. What a great feeling knowing even as we age chronologically we can increase our strength and flexibility when we use the proper tools such as the Body Solid Fusion Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine.
Each of the team members with www.fitnessrush.com has our favorite exercises we enjoy on the Chin Dip Machine and I have to say that Dips are my favorite though I do enjoy the benefits of a strong back and core. I suppose I enjoy Dips because they are an exercise that is challenging and one I chose when the young guns want to compete with me in the gym. I learned how to do full flexibility and good form on Dips via the Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine. Now I do all the Chin Dip VKR exercises with my body weight only. Except of course when I add a Dip Belt when I am in top form to increase resistance while doing the exercise.
When I was learning how to do Dips properly which is a great exercise for triceps, chest, and shoulders, I used the Weight Assisted Chin Dip Machine to learn the exercise. You adjust the correct counter balance weight which you want to assist you yet allow you to push up using your triceps some. Allow yourself to slowly lower your body weight while trying to keep your elbows in a line not flared out to your side. This insures you are working triceps and not putting unneeded pressure on your shoulders. Lower yourself down until you feel a good stretch in your triceps, and upper chest, then slow and steady push yourself back up to start position which is almost straight arms and repeat. As you do this exercise correct you will immediately feel a pump in your triceps, the muscles on the back of your arm and a muscle which doesn't get exercised much unless we are tennis or baseball players and the like, which use back hand movements to incorporate the triceps. As you begin to strengthen your triceps you will enjoy the roundness of your upper arm where your tricep is growing and helping your arms look healthier and be stronger.
The Body Solid Weight Assisted Chin Dip from www.fitnessrush.com sells for $1149 with free shipping today and is a great deal for High Schools, Colleges, Gyms, and residential settings. This unit is built strong and will provide many years of great back, shoulder, arm and core results.
After we workout our back, and arms on the Fusion Weight Assisted Chin Dip, we use the Vertical Knee Raise position to workout our core muscles. There are many exercises you can perform from this station and all are amazing for the lower abdominal muscles. On this position as always do the movements slowly and steady. With our arms on the vertical handles we push our back against the back pad to get set for our movement. Once we begin by allowing our legs to hang down but not below our hips, we keep our legs in front of us a bit so as not to cause our back to sway away from the back pad at the bottom of the movement. We then bend our knees up as far as we comfortably can then return to starting position. Another movement for abs is same starting position but this time when you raise your legs up you keep them as straight as possible. This is much more challenging but as you can guess is more result oriented as well. I suggest you get your core and back strong doing bent knee raises before the straight leg raises are begun. You can rep these up to 25 or more because once you get your core strong you will be amazed how long you can do these exercises which is all good for your core and entire body. We do a total of 100 reps before we stop, not all at once but increments of 25 or better until we get 100. Sometimes we even incorporate these into our other Weight Assisted Chin Dip Exercises to give us a break on back or arm movements. Mix up your workouts on the Assisted Chin Dip Machine. The objective is to have fun while getting stronger and healthier and the team at www.fitnessrush.com is here to help any way we can.
