The Wilder Fitness Equipment Multi Station FW-020 is a great rack for Squats and has adjustable bar hooks, which allows you to determine the height of the bar and your desired starting and ending position. The Wilder Multi Station also has adjustable Safety arms when you do Bench Press or Shoulder Press exercises so you can select the level you want to bottom out at during your lift, or in case you need to unload the bar training for your max weight and want to leave the bar at the bottom of your movement. There are 10 weight horns located on the rear of the Multi Station to allow you easy access to the Olympic Weight Plates. To enhance your back and add additional options for strength a Lat-Style Bar is on the upper section of the Multi Station. Dimensions for the Wilder Fitness Multi Station are (56"L x 48"W x 84"H) made with 2 x 3 x 11 gauge base with 3" channel uprights.
Included with the Wilder Multi Station for no additional charge is a solid Commercial Multi Bench with 10 adjustable settings that accommodate Flat, Incline, and Shoulder Workouts.
