This unit is shorter and requires less foot print than the Wilder Power rack yet is able to provide many of the same exercises. Wilder Half Rack dimensions are (60"L x 48"w x 72"H) 2 x 3 x 11 gauge base with 2" x 3" tubing uprights.
Common Lifts performed with the Wilder Half Rack and Commercial Multi Bench are Squats, Incline Chest Press, Flat Chest Press, Shoulder Press, Dead Lifts and Cleans, to name a few. The Wilder Half Rack comes standard with Lat Style pull up bar to provide additional options for back, shoulder, and arm exercises.
