Wilder Fitness Equipment Fw024P has 4 safety catches or spotter arms which are adjustable to be set just the right height to insure your comfortable knowing if needed the safety catches are there when your repping to the max and to insure you never get stuck under the bar without a partner around. If for example your maxing out squatting and get to the bottom of the movement and unable to come back to start, you can leave the weight on the Safety Arms which would be placed just below the bottom of your lowest movement. Then after dropping the bar on the safety arms you can lean forward and come away from the bar to evaluate and rep stronger the next set.
The Double Power Rack is (108"L X 48"W X 104"H): 2 x 3 x 11 gauge base with 3" channel uprights, has 4 EZ-lock bar hooks which are easily adjustable to be set where you want the bar to start when your performing each lift, and to insure the bar is the level you prefer and not preset to some guy who has longer or shorter arm length than you.
To increase a strong back the Wilder Double Power Rack has lat style pull-up bars on each side of the Power Rack so can challenge your workout partner to a chin up contest during rest periods while doing your chest press.
